• The registration includes all access to all conference sessions and coffee breaks.
• Student Registrations must provide official evidence, such as a student card, to verify your valid studentship when you attend the conference; otherwise, Full Registrations would be required.
• Only international credit cards of Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Additional merchant charges may be applicable.
• Registration is considered complete only after the payment has been made in full. You can download your invitation letter and receipt in your personal center.
• A registration confirmation will be sent to your registered email upon the completion of online registration.

• No refund would be issued unless a cancellation request is sent to the conference registration chair at worldsiva2026@gmail.com by Aug.31, 2026.
• 400 HKD administration fee will be deducted for cancellation requests sent before Aug.31, 2026.
• Refunds will be processed after the conference concludes.
• No refund for No-show participants.

Participants are advised to arrange their own travel and medical insurance, extending the policy to cover personal possessions. The conference does NOT provide insurance coverage for participants against booking cancellations, theft, or damage to belongings.

Every attempt will be made to present the program as printed. However, the conference reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, programs or other items relating directly or indirectly to the Conference, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The conference operating committee is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alterations.
